I have been working at Bell Canada

    Pros

Telecommuting is a good feature. However, not all business units supports teleworking. George Cope is a good leader. With him at the head, Bell is on the verge of getting better.

    Cons

Company prefers CA's for upper management (CP4 and above) levels. CGA's will have a more difficult time moving up in this company than CMA's. However, both CGA's and CMA's will have difficulty getting to senior level (i.e. CP4 and above) .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote within.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
