    Pros

    Good client base that typically already use Bell services
    Benefits are decent
    Average salary is 91K for top sales reps
    Strong core services to sell

    Cons

    Bonus structure is only 55% OTE
    Takes forever to get paid for SPIFF's
    Senior Management doesn't seem to have a clear direction
    Older workplace

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get in touch with whats going to minimize hurdles after a deal is signed.
    IF you do not fix Day 2 delivery the remainder of your good reps will leave for other companies
