It's who you know rather than what you do.

Manager (Former Employee)
Toronto, ON (Canada)

I worked at Bell Canada full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Good work-life balance, unless you fall under a psychopath boss. Cons: Bell is continuously scrambling to meet the ever-changing demands of management. The senior guys probably know where they are going, but at mid-to-junior management levels,… Advice to Senior Management: Recognize talent, and provide suitable opportunities to grow talented people. I don't mean give them promotions… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
