Great company to work for

Associate Director (Current Employee) Montreal, QC (Canada)

Pros- Incredible work-life balance

- Seem to actually want to keep and nurture their good people! (cant say that about the last company I was at)

- Lots of opportunities to move around and change jobs/cities

- Very competitive pay & nice bonus structure

- 35% off Bell services!

Cons- Can't get away from seeing BELL logo wherever you go as a constant reminder of work!

- A bit cheap on the vacation days

- Still a big outdated culture of people that have been with the company for 30 years and are stuck in their old ways. But much of that group is reaching retirement now.

- Head office often refered to as "Bell-catraz" since it is on Nun's Island which is so removed from the rest of the city. (very prison-like feel)

Advice to Senior ManagementMore employee discounts and rebates please!! :)
