I have been working at Bell Canada part-time (less than an year)

Pros

Bell takes it upon themselves to focus on the training and success of each employee individually. There is an equal playing ground for all participants with the opportunity to advance IF you really want it.

They have a wonderful training program that equips their employers with the key characteristics for elevation. Wonderful.

The company has improved significantly from their downfalls in previous years and continue to invest in initiatives that will allow them to progress in the communications industry.

Cons

They have taken away a lot of employee perks and benefits.

Recommends
Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO
