- 20 hr min commitment per week for part-time, not good for full-time students
- favoritism found in high management (district managers, etc)
- not well liked company or business in public's eyes

Advice to Senior Management

Care more about your front-line workers. Not everyone can hit the same targets. Recognize other achievements.
