    Commute to said campus, old bloated company. General ambiance is kind of depressing

    Pros

    - the existing customer base makes it a great place to launch new products - in general people have been at this company for a while and are amiable - good benefits and competitive pay - if you get the right manager and team a great place to work

    Cons

    -- you are either form the "in" crowd from a competitive telco or the "out" crowd - in the past few years lots of layoffs--just to meet the numbers - the top senior mgmt has a very distinct idea of how the company should be run and are not open to other views -general view of top senior mgmt is the existing Bell employees are below par and emphasis on bringing outside talent

    Advice to Management

    - Strategy is correct, clear and distinct--one of the best things ever - to drive innovation and growth take advantage of existing talent - give people freedom and a challenge and they will surprise you with what they can do
