Pros

good learning opportunity for those with absolutely no previous experience fresh out of university. the program has a lot of resource at your disposal.

Cons

Management are fairly incompetent. They lack technical background to handle data work properly. Also, have the tendency to use labour without carefully considering the direction or purpose of the project. This resulted in frequent waste of labour.

I have been working at Bell Canada

    Pros

Well established company and offer benefits, and competetive salaries.

    Cons

If with the company for a long time, over 15 years or so, the new hires off the street can make up to 20K to 25K more annually just because they don't want to give raises to the talent that already exists.

    Advice to Management

Pay your loyal talent as much as you would pay your off the street talent. It discourages your loyal employees and will send them looking to be the one hired off the street for another company to make more money.
