    they let you do your own thing so long as it helps the company, that is good.

    Cons

    Some of the management has in the past, not been the best

    Look closer at some Chiefs, some seem to get away with things that the average employee can't.

    I have been working at Bell Helicopter full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Liked living in Dallas. and made some good friends at Bell.

    Cons

    VP of HR does not support her team. They want someone to have a backbone and make employees adhere to policies and procedures but when they did and someone complain - vp of hr would get rid of her own people. How many times can she reorganize and revamp her own department before someone higher up realizes you have the wrong person in the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Grow up, make your entire team accountable, promote the ones who do the job and stop promoting the idiots who just know how to brown nose better.
