    Pros

You get to work with multiple areas and learn many of the basics such as: MFG, Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, Finance.

    Cons

You are treated like an hourly employee as a fully salaried employee and difficult to work from home when needed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't promise everyone bonuses based on performance in the next 2 months, then a year later act like you never mentioned it.

I have been working at Bell Helicopter full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great Co-workers from MGR level Down. Good pay, if you are in the right "CLICK" great place to leard

    Cons

Advancement oppurtunities are only for the employess that play politics, good employees are severly overworked while the lazy popular counterparts get advanced because they are good at kissing someones rear. This is the case all the way up the food chain and we get left with leaders that dont know the roles they are in because they were advanced far too quickly for all the wrong reasons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This company seriously needs to develop and enforce a Fraternization Policy and needs far more HR engagement and training to its leaders. Start to recognize actual talent vs ass kissers

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
