Pros

lots of commissions, bonuses, if you can sell you can make good money.
Clean environment, modern, great facilities, great location, close to transit.

Cons

It's not headquarters so there is lack of departments. Only represents a small chunk of the company so advancements in non-call centre environment would require a move to Montreal or Toronto.

    Good school for beginners with no experience

    Downsizing every year. No more groth opportunity

    I have been working at Bell Mobility full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    decent pay with a great group of people. Allowed a fair bit of latitude, but that's mostly due to the coach I report into.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy to say the least (we are part of the largest company in Canada, afterall), other divisions are not as entrepreneurial as the Mobility division, pay could be better, but I will have to leave or get promoted to earn more here (outside of bonus compensation)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    look @ amending some of the compensation controls (e.g. pay a bit more for your future leaders or star performers) or they may end up leaving sooner than later. Find ways to reward for performance by finding paths of growth throughout the wider Bell (BCE) organization.
