In North Carolina it was awesome. When I transferred, it was horrible.

ProsGreat people, including the owners and upper management. Benefits are good, a lot of room for advancement within the company.

ConsAs with most property management companies, they count pennies. They will definitely try to pay you as little as possible.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust dont forget how important the little things are to both the people working in the leasing office and the residents who are renting from you.
