    Get to work by yourself, good work environment, get to ride around on golf cart, if you don't know how to do something they will help

    Outside all day, not always sure what your suppose to be doing,

    Corporate Intentions regarding Core Values are Viable.

    Cons

    CM lacked Class, Integrity, Honesty and Decorum. High turnover for CM's and DM's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have you ever watched the t.v. show called the Boss? You don't even have to go that far. Hire a 3-6 month property floater to report to you about how your two worst properties in the portfolio are being managed. You will see why there is such a high turnover. And it's not just deployment. This starts at the top. If the top is not Corporate, it must be it's Management. I only wish I had not had such a bad CM and ACM. I really enjoyed my job but they made it difficult to like the way the Company was being portrayed. CM consistently complained about her District Manager and the Company's Corporate Office. Was rude to prospects and showed a lot of aggression towards Employees, Vendors and Residents that were not desirable in her eyes. Look beyond the Facade that you are happy ignoring. You could be a great Company with great Employees if not for people I had to work with. Thank you for the opportunity.
