I worked at Bellagio full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The Bellagio struck me as a place that was very honest with their employees, and genuine about giving back to the communities they worked in. As a customer service-driven organization, they understood that they would make more money by keeping employees happy, so they did. Honestly, I would have stayed there longer, except that I'm from New England, and didn't agree with the Vegas weather.

    Cons

It was in Las Vegas, where the locals say, "Oh, this summer wasn't too bad. It didn't hit 120!"

Aside from that, I worked back of house, and on some days wouldn't see any guests or employees outside my office. I thought my manager was a little too strict on the no-tattoo rule (not that I ever had more than a tip of one showing), though now I understand and appreciate the fair enforcement of the rule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

At least for the back-of-house side of things - I hope you keep it up!
