Pros

Laid back atmosphere with people who are from all different backgrounds. You have the college athletes, the mathletes, and everyone in between. It's a very fast-paced environment, so the people are always loud and in your face, so be prepared to get worked... but also learn a lot.

Cons

Just monotonous. It's a fun environment, sure, but the concepts and their proprietary models are tough to understand. You can ask questions, but only a few people can explain them to you anyway, and usually they are busy trading.

Advice to Management

While the work environment is very relaxed and probably every employee enjoys being a part of the team, there seems to be a strong feeling of fear within the employees in regard to top management.

    Pros

Great working environment. Strong team culture.

    Cons

    Too many mouths to feed.

    Advice to Management

Office culture used to be amazing but morale decreased after high profile departures. Has turned into a meat-market for young developmental talent.
