“Questionable at best”
I have been working at Ben Venue full-time for more than a year
Pros – Plenty of vacation days given. Decent healthcare. Decent cafeteria during day shift. Very flexible with short notice time off. Personal lockers given.
Cons – Management is clueless and unethical. This facility produces injectable drugs. More care should be taken in making these drugs safe and effective. Facility is old and technology is at least 15 years outdated. Entirely too much fluff. Approximately 1400 people at facility only 500 are involved with manufacturing.
Advice to Senior Management – Please Please remind yourself that what you make is injected into people.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
