Great sense of community, incredible benefits, grossly underpaid.

Coordinator of MSN Program Operations (Current Employee)
Lisle, IL

ProsAmple time off. All major holidays and even some Catholic holidays like "Easter Monday." University absorbs all costs of health, dental, and vision. My position allows me to have a very flexible work schedule.

ConsMy only major con is that the university pays their employees well under market.

Advice to Senior ManagementI'd be willing to take less benefits for a more competitive salary.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

No Career Advancement and Far Too Disorganized

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Benedictine University full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: When I worked with Benedictine, they offered fairly comprehensive benefits… Cons: The organizational structure, executive leadership, and talent retention are terrible. If you want to change anything within your department (or even your position), and I… Advice to Senior Management: Invest in your staff and try to get new perspective into Benedictine! Take some time and really focus on improving the organization of the 'mothership'… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
