The over all company culture is very people oriented. Training is very positive and support is satisfactory. The products are excellent and well known within the industry. The employees as a whole are company oriented and dedicated to the work environment. Company is very community focused and contributes. Management within at the department level is supportive of advancement and contributes constructive direction. Product is superior at the premium level to any company in the industry. Consumer recognition of brand is very good.

Cons

Senior management has bet the ranch on a failed business plan and unless Berkshire steps in and makes wholesae changes the brand will become only a large regional.

Don't worry about Berkshire so much and make decisions best for BM.
