Ben moore is a good place to start a career and work your way up to a solid position. they compensate well and train you to become a solid worker who can contribute to a successful product.

Cons

senior management is comprised of many people who do not deserve to be in their positions. many were given their jobs because of their names rather than their accomplishments throughout their careers. because of this many senior managers are ill fitted for the job and cannot do good for the company.

Advice to Senior Management

hire and promote well qualified individuals who are dedicated to the company as a whole instead of themselves. if they do that then they will be a far more successful company.
