Pros

Great culture. Good work / life balance. Would have worked with the company for the rest of my life if I could have. They took care of their employees.

Cons

Business is not good right now. Due to the downturn in the economy, the company had to cut some key positions.

Advice to Senior Management

I'm hoping they weighed the positives and negatives of cutting benefits such as free daily lunches prior to laying off loyal employees.
