I have been working at Benjamin Moore full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Finally seems to be an interest to change and become more current in research and processes to help us better compete. Most of management and employees are very tenured with a lot of experience. Several new employees are outstanding and happily are challenging and changing the status quo.

Cons

Needs a better balance of long term, tradition and new perspectives and mutual respect for both

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of the new hires as much as us old timers. We need them to take us to the next level
