Current Employee – been working at Bentley Systems
Pros – Owners and Executive Management have integrity and value the colleagues; work environment is stimulating; flexibility in work environment, and recognition of work life balance; incentive program is extended to all full time colleagues.
Cons – Growth and current economy are chipping away at original personality of the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Value the long term colleagues as well as the new recruits! Communicate the Company's mission and values in simple statements that are understood around the globe.
