Current Employee – been working at Berlitz part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – An excellent teaching method to use in class, the "Berlitz Method". An international environment with great opportunities to work in different Language Centers, all over the world. High quality materials, branded and well developed by a great team.

Cons – Most people complain about the payment. It depends on your availability, skills and commendations. It also depends on what type of Language Center you are: a corporate one or a franchise. If you are good, dedicated and available, you can earn more than enough.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work in valuing and motivating your people!
