Berlitz – “Good Job, Great Training for non-business degrees, Good People.”

Pros

Each language center is different, but overall it was a fairly comfortable position. People were easy to get along with and generally friendly. Upper managers were easy to talk to most of the time. Overall, treated pretty well. Learned a lot about running a business, honed my sales skills, and management skills.

Cons

Lots of travel, mostly for training... which might be good for some people. Also, after training, you don't get much response from upper management about where you will relocate to.

Advice to Senior Management

Just be a bit more considerate when considering relocation of trainees. While the job description says 'you must be able to relocate after training', its important for anybody to be able to plan out their lives.
