Overworked and a Bit Outdated

I worked at Best Buy Canada full-time for less than a year

ProsThe management team does their best to work with you and provide a good working environment.

ConsHowever, they do encourage volunteer overtime hours whenever possible. And the outdated backend that they ise makes your job almost unbearable.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind a better work life balance.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
