As poor as you'd expect

Pros* Plenty of downtime
* Always some interesting people to work with

Cons* Teach and practice deceptive sales practices
* Immature, short-sighted management
* "Team building" exercises

Advice to Senior ManagementPeople will always find out how bad a deal they got after they've left and had time to think about it; if you want repeat business, you're doing everything wrong.

    Lots of micro management, very anti-people management style.
