    Pros

You get to work with people, get the latest technologies, obviously get to work inside so no elements.

    Cons

The lack of management, and the lack of pay for the benefits you provide to the store itself.

    I worked at Best Buy

    Pros

Used to be the employee discount, flexible hours, especially if you are part-time, competetive pay compaired to other major retailers

    Cons

The company is continuously restructuring in a way that provides fewer and fewer opportunities, in a two year period I worked there not one person was promoted in a major store location.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to develop and reward veteran employees, inspire them and give them valid reasons to stay with the company, work towards plausible ways to advance within the organization
