    Pros

Growth and the ability to learn from some of the best in the industry. Everyday is different and as a leader you have the ability to help others achieve their goals.

    Cons

To be at the top you have to put in a lot of time and energy. Retail is not for everyone and at times you have to help others see that.

"Keep it simple stupid." we are in the business of people. The more time we spend in picking the right people, train them, and treat them right yeilds world class results.

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, good benefits as a full time employee, tuition assistance program, opportunities for advancement, fair compensation.

    Cons

One usually works on weekends. There is continuous pressure from management to sell all kinds of services that are overly complicated, hard to explain and for employees to fully understand. Geek Squad shares the retail environment with Best Buy and it easily wears one out. The functionality of many of the company's systems is inconsistent.
