The benefits, including the discount, are phenomenal. The leadership within the company is highly intelligent, willing to take risks, and are always ahead of the curve.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existant as a manager at Best Buy. You are expected to work long hours, feel gulity for taking vacations, and are never truly able to unplug. The highly competitive nature of the company can lead to infighting between stores, sometimes putting the financial scorecard over the needs of the customer.
