I worked at Best Buy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some employee discounts are reasonable and worth while. Geek Squad wages are fair and well above minimum wage for a retail store.

    Cons

It is a retail environment. Do not expect to join Geek Squad to improve your IT knowledge or experience. Training can be sparse and the hours are often inflexible.
