ProsThere is a lot of flexibility to work remotely and to dress casually at work. The work is very fast paced and engaging. There is typically always things that are changing for the better. Their a lot of different job opportunities to seek internally.

ConsTheir is no accountability for poor contributors/individuals on a team. It is nearly impossible to get fired for poor performance. The Peter principle is very prevalent.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
