I have been working at Best Buy part-time for less than a year

Pros – The schedule are VERY flexible, and they are great in helping students. The work force is great and everybody gets along perfectly.

Cons – Some managers seem to overlook the priority that the customer should have, instead they try to employ corporate driven tactics

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the customers

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
