    Pros

    BBY is the kind of company that after a few months will become in your second house, even in your days off you will fell the need of going to the store and check how the business is going without even being a manager.

    Cons

    employees have too much power, HR and LP make ridiculous decision sometimes, and some company policies simply don't work.
