I have been working at Best Buy full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The people feel like a family. I enjoy working side by side with some of the greatest people in retail.

    Cons

The company has lost sight of what it used to be. I've worked with the company for seven years and have seen a company who truly cares about its employees slowly turn their focus on to making an extra dollar at any cost.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't create scripts for every employee to recite to customers and remember that your employees are the people who make those dollars for you. Treat them with respect, let them have time off to see their families, and work WITH them to help further their careers.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
