Pros

Great people to work with in a great work environment. Almost everyone gets along and those who don't aren't around very long. Benefits available for part time including an excellent employee discount, medical and 401k.

Cons

Not enough full time hours available during the slow seasons. Must be willing to move around to different stores for advancement and can take a long time.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Accountability, there isn't enough at the store level.

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
Approves of CEO

    Pros

Overall fun place to work, great discounts on products and competitive pay for what is expected of you. Ability to interact with vendors and understand the business fully.

    Cons

Constant changes from upper management and staying on top of changes from each cellular carrier, not to lose profits on the back end.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to work on a transparent approach of relaying information company wide.

Former Employee - Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA

    Pros

Benefit package, Relocation, Training, and Networking

    Cons

Advancement is not always result based. Bonus structure changes yearly, and is usually not consistent with market outlook condition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide consistent direction from C Level down to the store level. Most of the district level positions could be combined & cost savings applied to store or shareholders. Many of these jobs offer little benefit other than confusion by the time company initiatives are cascaded to the store level.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
