“Great culture, challenging industry.”
Current Employee – been working at Best Buy full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Flexible work environment
Plenty of opportunity to move up and around
Great work relationships
Cross-functional and high-visibility projects are abound
Cons – Salary leaves a little to be desired
Leadership has dropped the ball on the company's direction
Advice to Senior Management – Move faster and listen to employees below the VP and Director levels. Most companies are started by a young entrepreneur with great ideas, and then are run by "experienced" management who kill the companies because they believe they have the right answers. Keep your finger on the pulse and CHANGE with the times!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
