Fun work environment

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
Eau Claire, WI

I worked at Best Buy part-time for more than a year

ProsGreat discount, decent wages compared to similar stores and positions, fun and friendly environment. Very team focused. You get noticed if you do well.

ConsHuge emphasis on selling protection plans, credit cards, and membership (even as a cashier). Customer service policies usually never benefited the customer, so I didn't like my inability to help my customers.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou do a great job at keeping your employees motivated, and caring for your employees. Remember the customer service people and give them a shout out occasionally, sales people can't do what we do.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
