Pros – Best Buy has a fun and exciting company culture. They have great training for upper level positions. Promotes from within.

Cons – The company is very heavy sales driven with not enough team incentive. They have a very high turn over rate in lower level positions.

Advice to Senior Management – Offer more incentives to employees for job well done and to encourage them to do better.
