    Pros

Best Buy has an absolutely amazing discount for all workers. You recieve 5% above whatever the cost of the item is for Best Buy to purchase. One of the best employee discounts out there.

    Cons

Toxic culture focused more on numbers than on helping the customer. While everything is coated in a "help the customer" coat of paint, if you don't have perfect numbers (which no one does) then you're going to be looked down upon.
