Current Employee – been working at Best Buy full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Amazing discount on all product categories, depending on the store training can be amazing for employees, family type atmosphere within your specific discipline (department to department ok)

Cons – Some projected budgets can be astronomical and unattainable

Advice to Senior Management – Do not lower expectations on projected revenue or growth but be more realistic when setting the goals in the first place, can be discouraging to employees when some stores never hit their target.
