Pros

Lots of fun items to play with and keep busy. Some incentives for selling one brand vs another.

Cons

crabby customers = ). Management not as interested in lower level employees advancement. Not a real structured environment.

    Some managers will work with school availability
    Pretty great employee discount.

    Almost no labor for the jobs needing to be done.

    Pros

    Great company nto work for and get promoted in.

    Cons

    Just because your managers are hourly, doesn't mean you can control their lives. I worked 2 months straight, open to close without a day off.

    Don't overlook the salaried managers.
