    Pros

Great team members. Some of the hardest working people I've ever worked with on the corporate campus.

    Cons

Massive lack of planning and accountability prior to the new CEO joining. Little focus or accountability on financial ROI or benefits realization. "Fire drills" were a way of life, rather than fire prevention and reactive work/tasks. Tremendous inefficiency all around. Many highly paid leaders with few direct reports and little accountability.

    Advice to Management

Lose the egos and get lean and smart. A realistic strategy would be helpful. It's a whole new game in retail, and just selling electronics isn't going to cut it. What's your story? Once you know that, you can set realistic goals and then work hard to become the best again. Work smarter. You have a big ship to turn around. You need to lighten the load, get more nimble and hold everyone accountable for the results including the top tier leaders.
