- As a non-commission base company, employees may be required to sell additional pieces, which may turn customers away

    Pros

    It was a decent job, pay wasn't great, employees were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job, was fine during college. Employee discount was good.

    pay, inconsistant hours, holidays are madness
