I have been working at Best Buy full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

New Management is smarter and more fact based. New Management has new ideas. Employees are generally considerate and helpful to one another. Good team environment. Leadership is willing to listen to new ideas.

    Cons

Business environment is difficult to compete against online retailers. Due to SG&A cost savings, some benefits have been reduced along with position openings, so in some areas it is difficult to get promoted. Bonuses have been small or non-existent lately due to recent company performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

New management should keep exploring all new ways to make money and transform the company.
