    Pros

Benefits of the job are really great cables are super cheap and you learn a lot from the job. Additionally good people skills and how to handle situations.

    Cons

Too many software systems not working most of the time.I think there is so many systems and files to make sure nothing bad happens that too much can go wrong at once and stress can happen in great waves to one precinct.

    Advice to Management

Make a more solid one system

    Pros

Fun employees, fast paced environment, cool products

    Cons

Store leadership is micro managed by district staff. Long hours and then you still end up doing more work at home. Store are consistently understaffed due to payroll restraints. This leads to frustrated customers all the time everyday.

    Advice to Management

Stop micro managing and creating distractions from the things you actually want your management team to accomplish. Let your store managers run the store. Respect peoples need for work / life balance. Many other companies have found a way to schedule for the needs of the business without devaluing peoples family time.
