    Pros

Fun People. Although upper management can be manipulating with there power.

    Cons

Weak Pay. I made nine bucks per hour. Probably should have been more like ten or eleven.

    Advice to Management

    More bonuses

    Pros

Great environment to work in. Lots of room for advancement, if you're willing to work. Most of the leadership team are down to Earth. Great discount on certain items.

    Cons

Hardly enough money to live. Frequent hour cuts. Very passive approach to asset protection. Frequent miss-communication between leadership team and upper management.

    Advice to Management

Cut down executive payroll, and share a little more with line level employees. The people in the blue shirts are bringing in the money, they should make enough to live a comfortable life. Get a realistic mindset on asset protection, you can't just put someone on the front door and hope no one steals anything. Before making huge decisions that could be of detriment to the company, consult line level employees for their opinion; Often times when Corporate rolls out a new operating model the blue shirts are able to pick out the weak points from the beginning.
