Pros

the reward program for working at best buy is pretty nice and very useful if you buy a lot of electronics or video games. Also the hours are never to bad and every other weekend for me.

Cons

Sometimes it gets really busy on the weekends and it seems as if there are not enough employees to handle the sheer amount of guest and they will not call people in for help.

Advice to Management

make sure we are always properly staffed and continue to give us recognition or perks to do good.

    Pros

    Always great pay and everyone aalways works with whatever schedule you have.

    Cons

    Other employees that don't learn the policies we have can cause a lot of customer confusion.

    Better training on all policies.

    Employee discounts (Pre-2011) and management usually will deal with the BS so we don't have to

    Cons

    Angry Customers, constantly trying to put out fires

    Give your geek squad agents more freedom to make it right with the customers
