Cons

Overall, about what you would expect from a retail electronics company. The patience of everyone around you, including management, is tested on a semi-regular basis with regards to customer traffic and conflict. Also, the holiday times are a bit intense as expected.

    I have been working at Best Buy part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    the reward program for working at best buy is pretty nice and very useful if you buy a lot of electronics or video games. Also the hours are never to bad and every other weekend for me.

    Cons

    Sometimes it gets really busy on the weekends and it seems as if there are not enough employees to handle the sheer amount of guest and they will not call people in for help.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    make sure we are always properly staffed and continue to give us recognition or perks to do good.

    Always great pay and everyone aalways works with whatever schedule you have.

    Other employees that don't learn the policies we have can cause a lot of customer confusion.
