    Pros

    The Team atmosphere really made coming to work easier. After work, we would go out and have fun together. Management sometimes joined us.

    Cons

    It didn't seem like we were there to sell products, but to sell services and the performance plans. I understand that was the high profits, but Supervisors and managers drilled those metrics all day, every day.

    Pros

    Decent pay for part time and good discounts. Was treated very well by management and other workers. Provided very good sales training.

    Cons

    New hires aren't taught anything about the product but only how to up sell the customer. Managers did apply a lot of pressure to make the up sell rather than make the customers experience pleasant.

    Advice to Management

    As a former employee and customer I recommend that you make the customer experience more enjoyable rather than the only focus being warranties. I do understand thats how the most money is made but its better to have repeat customers.
