    Pros

there are three goodi thing about working at Best Buy; works with school schedule, good employee discount, allows one to keep up with current technology.

    Cons

The main thing negative about Best Buy is the push to improve personal metrics this can burn some people out, and black friday is not a fun day to work any retail.

    Advice to Management

    Read Deming's 14 points.

  2. Learned a lot about conflict resolution strategies and how to create solutions for clients.

    Pros

Experience in customer service and how to deal with tough situations.

    Cons

Have to deal with rude people and sometimes you don't get backup from managers. Have to deal with little training sometimes and basically learn new things on your own and get "in trouble" or "lectured" for not doing something right.

    Advice to Management

    Batter managers and training
